Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with VINCI Professional. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original condition – unused, with tags and in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 


How to request a return?

  1. Send an email to info@vinciprofessional.com with the subject:

    “Return Order #(your order number)”

  2. Briefly explain the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or faulty, please attach photos.

  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the item.

  4.  Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake.

 


Refunds.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Gift cards.

Personalized or custom-made products.

Used products showing signs of wear or damage.
